Rockfall in the Estes Park area

Recently there have been several significant rock fall events in the Estes Park area, most likely due to this month's consistent rain. Specific crags where large (car sized) rocks have been witnessed falling include Combat Rock and Deville 3. Smaller but dangerous natural rock fall has also occurred on the Lower Great Face of the Crags and at the Iron Clads near Allenspark. Be especially careful of loose rock, especially after a storm.

Good call Buster, thanks!
Also this morning a significant spontaneous rockfall occurred in the Hot Spur area of Eldo (upper W Face Redgarden).
Couple of folks were lucky to jump out of the way at the base of Disappearing Act and large debris made it all the way down to Darkness till Dawn. Likely related to recent heavy rain as well.
