Red rock rental

I am a semi local and rock climber of over 30 years and happen to have a fully furnished 2br rental 5minutes from red rock just behind the albertson. I will not be using it a while and willing to rent it out. Must be a minimum of 6months. Ideal for a small group that wants to share a place

Also interested. Lease is up at the end of this month and my girlfriend and I are looking at rentals right now. Would be very interested.
