Red Rock partner Dec 30 to Jan 3rd

I will be vacationing in Las Vegas and can climb Dec 30th or Jan,1,2,3
I want to climb 2 of those days weather permitting. I'm 52 and sport climb indoors twice a week. I can lead climb 5-10a's outdoors, well some of them. I would like to learn trad and multi-pitch climbing. I'm up for any level of climbing 5-7 to 5-10.
