Yes, you can stay, stuff a couple bucks under the door, and be totally self sufficient since everything is closed up. Or just camp out in the Gorge with the usual permits.

Land of the Arches has the indoor area. They heat the place as well as having wifi, indoor bathrooms, and private room's if you need it. I think this time of the year that is the best solution.

Stayed at land of arches! Was awesome! It's a pretty nice setup. They just installed a wood stove, so you can have a fire inside and sleep on a couch! Was perfect cause temps were hovering in high teens to twenties last night

Nice! We stay there in the wet months as well. Dealing with a tent in the rain or wet ground is never fun. It is also really close to the beer trailer.
