Question about adding an area

A large new bouldering area is being developed. Because so much rock is being found, cleaned and climbed, named and rated so rapidly, I'm not sure how to best organize this area. Is there a way to add things just so the info is not lost, but keep it private until we're sure that the info is correct and understandable?

Assuming that you can legally climb there, I would start by drawing topos with the names of the boulders and their problems. Also, make sure to layout well-thought-out trails. If the place becomes popular, and there isn't a good trail system, the place may get trashed by a pile of trails going all over the place.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
