  • Description

Delicate face climbing on vertical rock gains the anchors.

To the right of Breaking and Entering is a short (3 bolt) chossy climb that gains access to the belay ledge. You can also scramble up to the ledge. There are two climbs on the belay ledge, the leftmost is Private Property (5.8+) the rightmost is Trespassing (5.10a).

Bolts with two bolt anchor. One bolt down low for anchoring belayer.

FA: Travis Peckham, Nancy Koenig Peckham, 1999. A worthwhile route, but it still suffers from some creaky flakes and looseness in places.

Quality route, sustained 5.8+ the whole way. I didn't find any creaky flakes today.
