Lead Soloing the Predator

Description

Fun, short climb with a few powerful moves. Closest thing to a warm-up the Cave has to offer.

Location

Furthest line toward the back left of the cave. Start up a few feet of low angled rock and gain a small dihedral to clip the first bolt. A few more easier moves up to the second bolt, then start to move right and up to the small roof. There is a bit of space from the last bolt to the anchors but the climbing is easy.

Protection

4 bolts to 2 bolt anchor

Be careful at the 4th bolt. No good feet for clipping, and the potential to go for a bad and potentially injurious ride if you fell with clipping slack.

Rock quality is good for the most part, with the exception of a suspect block from which you clip the anchors. Tread lightly.
