Mostly short easy topropes, and a cinch to set up, this is an excellent place to take beginners. If you are planning on spending a Saturday toproping somewhere, please go here instead of Elephant Rock.

Getting There

It is campsite 11 that is sheltered on three sides by this rock. On the west face are the climbs. The east face (down through the camp) offers the easiest descent and access to the topropes. Please be courteous to people camping in this campsite.

If you are new to building anchors and are with more experienced climbers, it is easy to walk up the back side and pre-build the anchor.Walk off....[more]   Browse More Classics in ID
