Description

Pretty good for a Gorge trad line. Solid rock, good pro and a minimum of bird crap. The crux is right off the deck protected by a small nut. Solid pro, some good jams and a few jugs continue up the crack to a final bulge/wider section (which contains some foul smelling bird "stuff").

Protection

small nuts, cams to 2", open cold shut anchors

My partner and I -- veterans of many trad lines in the ORG -- both thought the bottom quite hard for 10b if quite pleasant after the first 12 feet.

This was originally rated 10a until I advised Marty it should be upgraded for the latest edition guidebook. Maybe it's still too hard for the grade?
