Description 

Positron is the farthest down Rock formation when you first take a left after entering Palisades State Park look for the noticeable pick-nick table below it.

Getting There 

Take your first left once you enter into Palisades State Park drive all the way down and park at the far end parking lot scramble or rappel down.
