Climb just left of the warmup jug and hueco route, and about 5 feet to the right of the huge crack.

Climb up over the bulge using all the finger pockets, crimps and jugs to easier climbing on the less than vertical top section.

Watch your feet on the bottom of the route unless you like doing pullups.


Set up a top rope using a long sling (20') on the large pole set into the top of the rock.

I prefer the name "The Pocket Problem" as it describes the low crux and is distinct from the other routes on this face. For example Bay Area Rock lists a 5.11a just a bit to the left of this.

Edit: it has been renamed; yay!
