Description

Fun route that starts steep and progresses into smooth, grey, eroded ripples. Delicate moves are a must.

Location

Two bolt lines to the right of Dirty Bird (the obvious roof). Don't get sucked into the project just left of this climb, which ends halfway up the face.

Protection

Bolts to chains.

10a is a sandbag, be warned. Dockins and Kalakay rate this as 10b, which we thought was also a sandbag considering the proximity of other 10- such as Searching for Sunrise. Fantastic route and full mental value all the way up with a couple utterly baffling cruxes. Delicate, yes, but there are some powerful pulls off of mono pockets and almost nonexistant edges.

Great climb, great solid rock for scorched earth, and I agree with the commenter above me about it being baffling, but I wouldn't rate it harder than 10a. Ryan and Jesse come back to Big Sky!!!! :)
