The main Peabody Wall.

Description

This bouldering area gets nice winter warmth, no crowds and features good solid stone as well.

Getting There

Park in the 2nd lot and head EAST on the "Bluebird Meadow" trail to intersect with "Silver Fox" trail. Continue heading NORTH (you can see "Gilligan Island on your left) to the "Sisters Trail." After about 50-100 yards break NORTH (right) up into the woods where you will find theses striking boulders.

Multi-Use Traverse V2  CO : Morrison/Evergreen : ... : Peabody Boulders
Climb (L)->(R) or (R)->(L) across the right most block in the area. Good for a nice pump. To add a little extra make the (R)->(L) traverse then continue on to finish with "Gain & Loss." This adds to the difficulty by about a V-grade or so!! Very fun....[more]   Browse More Classics in CO

Just need to add the photo and route beta for the "Little Peabody" Boulder that is located about 50ft left of the main "Peabody wall." It has only a few short problems, but it's still a fun little chuck and should see some attention if you are ever over at the "Peabody Wall."
