Hey there! I'm from Oregon originally, and have climbed in Smith several times, but am no expert there. I'm in the middle of a month long road trip, and would love to find some partners in the area for the next few weeks!

Trad and multipitch are preferred... but it is Smith, and I'd be game for anything. I've been climbing for a bit over ten years, have a full rack of doubles, my SPI, and teach routinely in an institutional setting... safety is a big focus for me. I'm happy to lead trad up to soft tens, and sport to hard tens. I'll follow into the 11's. I love adventure climbing, and I'm more focused on fun than on chasing grades.

Let me know if you think we'd be a good match!

I can follow up to 5.9s-10As and really want to try to get some Smith Rock classics done. I've already done pioneer route of Monkey Face, so now I really need to get Voyage of a Cowdog and Wherever I May Roam done! I am not a strong lead climber but I am a solid belayer/follower so if you want to be a rope gun, maybe we can meet up! I'm off Oct 26-27th, Oct 29th to Nov 2nd, and Nov 6-9th. Hit me up at 301-802-9846 if you wanna get out and climb with me :)

PS, as safety is important to you, I just took a 'self rescue technique' clinic at the Craggin Classic at Shelf Road in Colorado this past weekend and learned a few new skills I hadn't already known. Also, I happen to be an ICU nurse as well as an EMT, so you'd be in safe hands with me around haha

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
