Parking for Chianti Spire

Is it ok to park overnight in the pull-out at the trail to Chianti Spire, or is there a chance of getting towed? WOuld it be better to park at one of the trailheads and hitch back to the trail?

Never had problem parking there. Just make sure you're well off the road.
