Description
Paradisio is a really cool feature that is a little funky to get to. You can climb the first four bolts of Pandemonium, and then traverse left across the ledge to reach a belay station at the base of the route proper, or lower to it after climbing one of the routes to the right.
From the belay station, head up really cool cobbles and then into the chimney above, with some wild stemming moves. At the top, use the arete to get to the anchors which are up on the ledge.

Location
On the far right side of the 1st Band, look for the huge flake feature, left of the Pandemonium corner.
