The Pancake House is a corridor and cave-like alcove with climbs inside that exit through holes above as well as some rap locations to access climbs on the outside of the Pancake House. It's pretty much always shady, which is great in the summer, but the corridor can sometimes channel the wind on cooler winter days.
The approach to the Pancake House is the same as the approach to The Throne. Take the Upper Devils main trail and continue south past The Throne. Continue on the trail as it skirts the wall on the right (west). You will see a tree near the entrance to a cave or corridor. Go into this corridor - it's the Pancake House. Two climbs are at the entrance to the corridor which can use the tree for belaying: Lumberjack on the right (5.8) and Cool Breeze on the left (5.4) which climbs the outside entrance of the Pancake House.
