just wondering what the best months to visit wash. are

It depends on where you want to climb. If you're climbing on the westside or in the cascades (squamish, index, exit 32, exit 38, baker crags, mt. erie, washington pass), then summer is best, though good climbing in the spring and fall can easily be had. The chance of rain, however, is much higher.

If you're climbing on the eastside (leavenworth, vantage, tieton), summer is pretty hot. It's still climbable, but you better find some shade. Spring and fall are best. Also, tieton has some seasonal closures on certain cliffs due to nesting raptors, so do your research on that before climbing there.

And yes, I know that Squamish is technically not in Washington, but it is still the best climbing area in the NW.
