Like most places, the weather can be better or worse from year to year, but if you're planning a road trip and want the best odds, choose July, August or September. I you do get to Squamish and find rain, and the forecast isn't looking good, check Skaha since it's five hours west, over the mountains and shares a lot of features with the Washington and Oregon high deserts. There isn't much in the database for Skaha, yet, but there are hundreds (300 or 400 I'd say) of quality sport and trad climbs in a really nice setting.

Once March comes around, there are many good days and they often last right through November. December, January and February are hopeless unless you live in town and can catch the brief windows.

2004, 2005, and 2006 were all good, and 2005 (I think) had almost non-stop sun for months on end. 2007 was pretty bad, especially if had have a regular job since weekends were raining and mid-weeks were mostly sunny.
