I am looking to get up to Squampton during the next 2 weeks or so and am wondering if anyone has any useful beta on either Wrist Twister or Cannabis Wall. Bivy info for Cannabis Wall would also be appreciated. Portaledge necessary or sufficient ledges? And necessity of bringing along extra heads...

Canabus wall can be completed in one day, just go reasonably fast and start early in the morning. Uncle toms cabin requires a portaledge. They both can be done with out pins or bashies but it does make it eazyer. Bring cams of the right size for the expanding flakes on canabus.
