I'm stuck in Portland for 2 months and am looking for a partner for trips to smith, cascades, the gorge or evenings at the gym. My schedule is swamped but with enough notice I can free up a weekend here and there. I have part of my rack out here, rope, et al. and can lead trad, aid, sport, ice, etc... . Females preferred but not necessary. Someone who knows how to climb safely is key.

I live in the bend area. I know what being trapped in portland can do to a person. I did 10months a few years back and had to move east as soon as i could afford to get out. Anyways, Im always looking to get out and do some climbing. I generally have the beginnings of the week off (mon-wed), which works great to avoid the crowds. If you are interested let me know

The next two months are spotty as far as wet for crags around Portland, but the last week you could have gotten out. Smith should be good, a little cool. If the weather is nice I could show you the local crags.

Hi, I am looking for partners for the 3rd weekend of April (but I could drive down on Thursday or even Wednesday). I am a female and have been climbing for 5 years and am a safe belayer. You climb harder than me (especially at Smith where I think the grades are a bit stiff), but if you want, we can belay each other on different routes? I am a colorado native, but will be out in you area (south sound area) for April and May. Free whenever, as I am taking an extended break from work. Very safety conscious and have climbed with a variety of folks from mountain project. Am, obviously, a man, but climb with women from MP several times with no issues. I am just up to explore, climb some dry crags or light multipitch to stay in shape for the summer.
