Description This route sits on the wall behind Iron Man, on the far left side of the Ultraman. The rightmost bolted climb, the rote ascends the aesthetic (and overhung) varnish face and arete. Solid climbing; precise footwork will help a lot. The read is the crux of this climb..

| This route seemed much harder than 5.11b. Maybe I was missing something, but the face is extremely blank at the bottom and requires very long reaches even for relatively tall people. At the very least, don't expect an easy 5.11b. I'd like to go back and try this again and really go after it. |
