Hello Lurking frog, I live in cedar city, and it looks like I will be going to ouray next week. I have been looking for a climbing partner for some time here locally, but no such luck. It has been a while since I have hit the park it is a good place to rope solo and find a partner to hit the back country. If you are interested give me a call and we can work out the details.
