Park at the Conewago Day Use area on the South side of the park. When facing the lake once parked, look left to the Visitor Center and take the trail that goes behind it. That trail turns into Oak Trail, shortly once on Oak Trail you come to the Pinchot Trail, take a left onto the Pinchot Trail and a minute or two later the boulders will be seen off to the right.

From the parking lot to the boulders it is about a 4-5 minute approach on nicely groomed trails. "Old Toboggan Run Rocks" on the map.
