The Old Man Of Stoer.HVS (5.8)

Description

The Old Man of Stoer . The Rubha Stoer is north of Lochinver. The Point of Stoer sticks out into the Minch at its tip. The Old Man (195') a superb spire of Torridon sandstone, I think this stack is only second in quality to the Old Man of Hoy. The village of Stoer is 7 miles from Lochinver. From the village go towards the Raffin lighthouse through the village of Raffin..Just before the lighthouse take a path north for about a mile to the sea and the stack..
