Description Suggest change

This is a small outcropping of rocks just outside The main area for Kennedy Ranch climbing area. It is on the other side of Salt creek that runs along Vale Ranch road before hitting Kennedy Ranch. This rock has few routes and all pretty easy, hence the name "not worth it". The tall grass, creek crossing and walk off will have you saying the same thing. However, if you are looking for new ways to warm up for the rest of Kennedy Ranch area or are looking for some entry level trad climbs near Kennedy Ranch, this area could be fun for you.

Getting There Suggest change

As you are approaching the main area in Kennedy ranch via Vale Ranch Road, you will see a wooden fenced in area about 15'x15' and after that you will cross a runoff from Salt Creek. The rock is just on the other side of Salt creek at that point. It is next to a black rock formation. If you hit the gate to Kennedy ranch area you have gone too far. Cross the high grass and the creek and "Enchie, minnie, oye" is just right of the most predominant arete.
