I was recently intrigued by large rock outcropping North of Santa Barbara off Paradise rd. (Upper Oso area) braved poison oak, numerous spiny yuccas and bugs to arrive at the base of the rocks.
Found evidence of activity i.e. bolted routes, old tattered slings chained anchors etc.. still attached at top. Long vert cracks w/overhangs.
Kind of a newbie at exploring, anyone know anything about this place?
quality of rock, age of bolts etc..
Also, ettiquete - will I get my butt chewed for revealing such a place?

Try contacting Steve Edwards, he'd know for sure, although he's no longer living in the area. PM me if you need his info.
