Looking for new rock shoes. So far only gone to REI Saratoga and Marmot in Berkeley. The selection is atrocious.

Can anyone recommend somewhere with a reasonable assortment to try on, within say 100 miles of San Jose.

I picked up a pair of Anasazi Velcros at Pacific Edge (climbing gym) in Santa Cruz last month. They had both the new and old models, the old model was on sale for $20 less than the new one and it felt the same to me. Earlier last year I bought a pair of Five Ten Moccasyms at Mission Cliffs in SF.

The Mountain Shop in Yosemite has a decent selection, may be a little further than 100 mi but hey, you would get to go to Yosemite
