I was curious if anyone has advice for finding climbers up in the Reno/Tahoe area. I'm moving up in a month and want to climb longer trad lines and possibly some FA's in the Sierras.

I'm originally from Reno and my brother still lives there. From what he says, it's hard to find partners. You should contact me privately and I will hook you up with his info; he would be a great partner for you b/c he loves to climb the same kind of things and is familiar with the area.

I live in South Lake Tahoe and climb year-round, so when you come out, give a shout. I know pretty much all of the areas around Reno/Tahoe, sport and crack climbing. Although I much prefer cracks. Also, Yosemite is a mere 4 hours away....
