I'm going to be in San Francisco August 9-17 and would like to go over to the Valley for a first multi-day aid route. Lost Arrow Spire, the Nose or Salathe Wall sounded in-line.

I've done some A2, a little wet A2, long alpine routes and trained with mountain rescue, a club trad class, snow & ice clinics. I lead trad to 5.10.

I'm not sure if particular routes are too hot for climbing this time of year but I'd be willing to do a little suffering.
