I'll be staying in the area for about a week, and am also looking to find a partner. I'm staying at a place called dillon beach, and have been told that there is a killer area called goat rock very nearby. I'll be there from july26-august 2nd. I won't have any gear other than a small pad and a harness. Not much trad experience, but have lead a handfull of trad routes.
