Really fun climb up six pitches with all sizes of cracks. Feels sand bagged on the easier pitches because they require many techniques but the grades are fair.P1: Short, funky but fun corner up to a ledge with a tree. The base of North Mountain is over three miles wide from Hotel Creek on the west to Granite Creek on the east and has several large cliffs where it drops into Kings Canyon. When Highway 180 passes over a bridge for the last time to the north side of the Kings River and a dirt road branches off look up to see the walls of the right (east) end of North Mountain. The majority of the climbs are in this area roughly between the horse corrals to the west and Granite Creek to the east.
