Anyone have experience with TNF workout? The document seems to be internally inconsistent. For the hangboard workout, there are four hanging exercises - index and middle; middle and ring, etc.

At one point, it says that you should do seven reps of each (hang ten, rest ten, repeat) then move to the next exercise immediately. But at another point, it seems to suggest that you do one rep of each exercise, and repeat that as a set.

This sounds like a variation on a workout cycle I used to do. Every day you work a few sets for "main" grip (one of either closed crimp, open crimp or sloper), rest a few minutes, work a few sets for a "team" grip (one of either index+middle, middle+ring or ring+pinky) plus you train pinches/ring-locks every day. Since you are working different muscle groups (different strands of flexor digitorum profundus and flexor digitorum sublimis etc), theoretically, this way you train on a hang-board every day .
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
