Description

A great face with a couple of classic hard problems. The rock is hard and the holds are sharp and crisp.

Getting There

2.7 miles up from the fork. The face is a little hard to see while going up, but it'll be on the right about 30ft. off the road. If you get to the coal mine you've gone a few turns too far.

Thriller V4 V4 6B  UT : Joe's Valley : ... : No Substance
On the backside of the Thriller boulder there are three problems that climb out a steep bulge feature. The V4 is the rightmost problem of the three and begins with a SDS on a low rail. Climb straight up and over. Excellent rock quality and an interesting sequence make this lowball totally worthwhile. The new Joe's Valley guidebook has names for all three of these problems but also renames the boulder entirely along with its namesake Thriller problem. Anyone know the real deal?...[more]   Browse More Classics in UT
