Relaxed cragging.

Description

A nice granite crag with a car bumper belay. Roadside Distraction crag faces south and is shady and cold from December to early February, but is sunny the rest of the year.

On the main wall at the pull-out, there are currently three bolted sport climbs, listed from left to right:

Roadside Construction (5.8, 9 Bolts)
Middle of the Road (5.9, 7 bolts)
Roadside Distraction (5.10a, 14 bolts)

Getting There

Roadside Distraction is located about three miles East of Questa on HW 38 (which is the road to Red River) on the north side of the road. Look for the large pullout on the left side of the road as you enter the canyon.

A few more thin moves take you up past a couple more bolts and then into positive, fun climbing up to the roof. Pull the roof using big holds and climb past a couple more bolts to an anchor.
