Description

Fun, thin climbing up a low angle slab on the boulder beneath Monkey Lust. Beware though, blowing the second clip would certainly mean decking. One can clip the first bolt, then use the crack to the right to gain the second bolt if necessary.

Location

Located on the large boulder beneath Monkey Lust

Protection

3 bolts to a 2 bolt anchor (somebody recently replaced the cold shuts, making it safe to top out). There is an additional bolt atop the boulder to belay up a second.

It looks like there used to be 4 bolts. Now the crux (passing where the 2nd bolt used to be) is unprotected, making a 5.10 leader want to use the crack on the right and skip the best moves of the climb. Boo for crowding climbs and un-maintained bolts.

Anchors need some links added; currently it would be a PITA to clean and rap through just the hangers.
