This is a variation start to Buckey Blue which passes through an 8ft overhanging corner. Small wires can be placed high in the crack before attempting the crux moves, which are height dependent (a 6ft tall climber probably will have no problems). If it were a boulder problem, it would probably be V1+, but since it's higher up and you don't have a fluffy crash pad under you, it takes a bit more concentration.
After the overhang, finish up Buckey Blue or traverse 20ft to the left to the small juniper rappel station.
Location
Located about 30 ft to the right of Buckey Blue under a large overlap.
Protection
A single 3/8" bolt (still shiny!) is located on the slab below the overhang. The corner can be protected with small wires or possibly cams, although placing the high piece could be tricky. A gear anchor can be built just above the crux on a nice ledge.
