If I see someone chop bolts that could lead to a disaster for a climber, I'll file a lawsuit against them for attempted manslaughter. Case history already exists for bolt chopping.
We found this chopped bolt at the base of the ONP today. "Defenders of Stone": Please don't leave trash like this at the crags you claim to care for so much. Evidence!
