The culprits should be ashamed of this mess. With terrible work like this, it's no wonder that they haven't yet stepped forward to take responsibility.

I assume you're an anti-bolt kinda guy just trolling for a response? So OK, here's a response:
Please point out in this photo, Alan, where you see "perfectly good pro" next to these chopped bolts? It's a blank wall.
The chopping job was unsightly and hurriedly done. I went back months ago and did my best to clean it up.

(I am the man who replaced the bolts after they were chopped years ago. And I'm not ashamed.)
