This is a cool climb that zigs and zags through the middle of the 100 foot wall following the path of least resistance with a few options...
To start locate the black overhang just right of a big pine tree on a ledge 25 feet off the ground... Step to the right till you see a really moderate grove... Follow the grove to an overhang and traverse left and up the slab laying back and jamming cracks ... There are a few options here you will break right either before or after a roof... The traditional way is to go right before the roof (about 5.6 by modern standards) and up some interesting climbing... If you keep heading up the corner past the roof you break right up a grove to a series of ledges and the top (this is the finish of beginners route 5.5)...
The route can be broken in to a few pitches or done in one...
