Description

A great route to grovel on as you ease your way in to the world of off-width cracks... The handcrack on the first half is killer as well...

Jam and layback your way up the nice handcrack while the wide crack looms above (do you hear the theme music from jaws?)... As the feet thin out and you get to the halfway mark you find things getting wider and more desperate... Arm-bars, knee-jams, hand-jams and a good serving of thrutching will get you to the top in no time...

have fun...

Location

On the far left side of the cliff right of the way too thin Bean Pole (5.13)... Look for the corner hand crack opening to offwidth status...

Protection

Maybe a wide piece but it can be done with a regular rack by protecting in the thinner cracks in the back of the OW...

I still grunt on this one and I love the wide. P-way has some of NH's best off-size to chimney cracks.
