| Hey all, I lost my phone (a black iphone) at New Jack, somewhere near the 4WD road, about a 5 minute walk past Arch Rocks. If you happen to find it, please get in touch with me here. Also, and more specifically, I was at a gorilla-face-shaped wall I couldn't find on MP or in the So Cal guidebook. Below are some pictures of it. It has 2 short bolted routes on the north side (the side shown in the pictures): a 5.easy slab route on the left that's a little run-out, and a 5.8ish route on the right that goes through a cavey ledge near the top.

| The formation is called Grandpa Simson. The lower angled wall to the left with the bolted routes on it is called the Korean wall. The wall is listed in teh NJC section on this site, but I didn't really post much info, other than that there were a couple established routes. | FLAG |

| Thanks for the info duh - sure looks like grandpa alright. I didn't realize Korean Wall had more routes on it. On a related note, do you (or anyone else who has a guidebook handy) know if there's a listing for the crack left of Reaching Rayane on Boyscout Wall. I climbed it on gear last week, and thought it might be worth adding. | FLAG |
