For lessons , the best thing to do is look into hiring a guide or I know the AMC in Phoenix has great beginner courses. I'm sure the clubs in Tucson do as well. Personally I would contact Geir or Mike as guides , if they offer this kind of service . Both are very good teachers ,with a lot of experience . I would be carful going out with a total stranger to learn something you have never done before with out knowing their back ground. Make sure anyone TEACHING has the proper credentials.
