A stunning looking dihedral system in multicolored rock make this route quite appealing when you look at it. The route starts with an interesting and technical corner, then breaks left to traverse under a roof (crux), then continues left, eventually topping out.
Location
Just past the 4th class section on the right hand wall is an amazing set of cracks. This route ascends the vertical dihedral on the left, then continues up and left.
Protection
Standard rack to 4", Fixed Pro for anchors. Rappel.
On 11-15-09 I topped out in this climb only to find out that there was not a bolted anchor as described in the Handren guide. We left a nut anchor.
By the way, there is an intermediate anchor about 80' up the climb, however, I think that the FA went left and continued up the crack to the left ending at the big ledge. This adds another section of 11- climbing that shouldn't be missed.
