Mark and Jake's Area

Description 

This wall is located almost exactly halfway between the first and second pullouts, and can be approached from either in about 15 minutes. The wall is located at the very bottom of the wash directly below the Ultraman Wall. Mark and Jake's is located on the back (east)side of the formation that contains the Tsunami Wall. It is located immediately to the left (south) of the Newcastle Crag area.

Getting There 

From the first pullout, head north as if going to the Panty Wall. After going through the main wash and up the hill, pass by the trail that drops down into the second wash heading for the Panty Wall, and take the next trail that drops down into the wash. If you look north up the wash you will see a small slot canyon followed by a large mushroom shaped formation, Mark and Jake's area is located on the left (west) side of the slot canyon. The mushroom shaped feature is located at the north end of Newcastle Crag. Approach time, from either pullout, is about 15 minutes.
