I've been in AZ for 2 years, been climbing for about 1, thought I started when I was younger, kinda forgot about it.

Thanks to my ex, I no longer have a climbing buddy or friends who like to climb.

I mostly boulder in gyms but I prefer outside, hands down.

I don't have a harness or ropes *they were stolen from my car*
I have climbed a V.1 and up to 5.10a (sorta)

Move to Tucson. There's a huge community of friendly climbers that are more than happy to "take in" a person new to the area (and most of us have plenty of "loaner gear").

Good luck on your hunt!

If you don't mind traveling up to the North part of the state some, I'd be happy to help expand your skill set. I have all needed gear except shoes and chalkbag - you're on your own there :)

Once my regular work schedule starts, I'll typically have Sundays and Mondays free.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
