| Mike, laws pertaining to spirits are still antiquated. Beer and wine are treated differently. Still against the law to produce spirits for home use without a permit. Crazy. All whiskey is required by law to be barrel aged before it is considered whiskey. No amount of aging is specified but a min. of 2 years is standard. This is why most micros(as I will) also make gin,vodka,shine, rum etc.. as these do not have the same requirement. Thanks for the ideas. Sneffels is one of my favorite peaks. |  FLAG |
