Haven't experienced yet, but if this 'feature' is for general posting not just individually topic specific it will be a major PITA and a detriment to MP experience. E.g. reading over forums on your cell (anytime in advance) and wanting to post responses to multiple topics when you get to a keyboard.... This would be lame...

Ahah! I stand corrected, sorry. So dare I ask, how'd those Chinese posts get through at 7ish this morning, I didn't count letters, but looked like the same username, and posted 59mins, next forum 58mins, etc...

I think you're assuming it's a single post per 5 minutes. That's not the case. It's complicated and based on many factors including your history on MP. It's partially because of this system that we only see a FEW of those Chinese posts instead of thousands.
