The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Climb up and slightly right past several horizontals to a bulge. Climb past the bulge (crux) then up and slightly left to the left end of the overhang that is above a ledge.
