I heard a hold broke in the past few years and it's a little easier now, but I would say it used to be a solid V3 possibly V4 unless you are real tall.

I've seen and heard about lots of variations. My favorite, although I never saw it, is an elimination of the right hold (popular variation) AND elimination of the starting rail which involved a thumb to toe match on the small hold just below it!

I did that! Sometime in the early/mid 90s...
